AMD Catalyst 14.9 (14.201.1009) Graphics Driver for Embedded GPUs and APUs. - AMD has rolled out a new Catalyst package developed for its embedded Radeon graphics and accelerated processing units (GPU and APU), namely version 14.9, which installs the 14.201.1009 graphics driver.

When it comes to the supported operating systems, this release can be applied only on computers running either bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 7 OS, or the 64-bit architecture of the latest Microsoft platform, namely Windows 8.1.

As for the supported products, version 14.201.1009 is to be used along with AMD’s E8860, E6760, or E6460 embedded GPUs, and the R-series 1st (eTrinity) or 2nd (Blad Eagle) generation APUs.

In addition to that, the producer’s G-series SOCs (system on a chip) and CPUs, as well as the Radeon HD 5770 and HD 6770M embedded graphics are also compatible with this release.
