Via VL811 USB 3.0 Controller Firmware Version 9095. - Please upgrade your HUB IT to the latest version of the firmware that you can download from this page. Here the behaviour of the HUB IT Standard Firmware is described.

When a computer or another host is connected, the port enters in SDP (Standard Downstream Port) mode. In this mode, the computer limits the current to 500mA or 900mA.
When a computer is not connected, HUB IT automatically enters in Dedicated Charging Port Mode and all the ports are able to supply up to 2500mA (Fast Charge).
Standard firmware doesn’t allow fast charge when a computer is connected.
