This is the Latest Driver provided by Windows 10 via Windows update
The Microsoft Provided driver doesnt include quicksync support as the sdk files are missing
So i merged the quicksync sdk from the latest intel provided driver (4229) which results in a fully functional driver with quicksync encode/decode support

The reason i did this is to get quicksync support you had to run the older 9.17.10.4229 but the second you installed this windows update would update you to 9.17.10.4459
I blocked the install for a while via the registry but all that does is stop it being installed it still sits in
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository but is blocked from being installed
So decided to fix the issue
If doing a fresh os install, if you install this before connecting to the internet your fine
On a current Windows 10 install

The procedure is as follows

(1) Download the driver and extract it
(2) Disable Internet Connection
(3) Goto Device Manager and uninstall the Intel HD Display Driver ticking delete the driver software for this device
(4) Goto Device Manager and uninstall the Intel Display Audio Driver ticking delete the driver software for this device
(5) Reboot
(6) Goto device manager and make sure it hasnt installed some stray driver you already had if so do the same again
(7) Run the Intel setup once its finished reboot and allow it to run winsat
(8) Enable your internet connection

You could just run the setup but will end up with two copy's of the drivers which is sloppy if you just do an inf install from device manager you wont get quicksync support i dont think

The Driver is Fully WHQL!!

Thank you Mr. Shonk
