Problem:
      CTRL-25595 : Modify 5762 Max Read Request Size to work around 3rd party's issue
      Cause:
        An OEM has their south bridge MRRS limitation where they cannot have this value set to more than 2048Bytes.
        Request was to remove the default value of 4k and set to 2k for a specific 4 part ID.
      Change:
        On initialization, set the PCI config space offset 0xB4[14:12] to b'100 based on a specific 4 part ID.
